Most of our experiences take place in Tulum and the wider Riviera Maya. We host events at partner venues, cenotes, jungle locations and private properties. We can also bring our experiences to your venue or event anywhere in Mexico, and select international destinations.

Our tastings are designed to be intimate and immersive. Classic tastings work best with groups of 8 to 30 people. Pairing dinners typically accommodate 12 to 40 guests. For larger events and festival activations, we can scale to hundreds of attendees with tasting stations and mezcal bars.

We work exclusively with artisanal and ancestral mezcal producers. Our portfolio features small-batch mezcals from Oaxaca, Durango, Puebla, Guerrero and other producing regions. We prioritize producers who use traditional methods, wild and cultivated agave, and sustainable practices.

For standard tastings, we recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance. For pairing dinners and cultural journeys, 3-4 weeks is ideal. For large events and custom activations, we suggest reaching out at least 6-8 weeks ahead. During peak season in Tulum (November through March), earlier booking is recommended.

Tequila is a type of mezcal, made exclusively from blue agave in specific regions. Mezcal can be made from over 50 varieties of agave across nine Mexican states. Artisanal mezcal is typically produced in small batches using traditional methods — pit-roasted agave, stone-ground and naturally fermented — giving it a distinctive smoky, complex character that varies dramatically by region and producer.
